![]() ![]() ![]() Amazon Hub locker access codes are not provided, I had to call Amazon Support every time to get an access code which took 15-20 minutes per customer and was a sitting duck in the heat. The navigation sends you to the wrong locations. I would never do this again, it just isn't worth it. You can't access a lot of buildings without a key fob. Then they don't answer the phone when you try to reach them to coordinate a drop off. Customers request for drop off at leasing off during hours where leasing office is closed. You have to drive a long distances (sometimes 30 minutes to an hour away from warehouse before dropping off first package) Downtown/Luxury apartment drop offs are a nightmare. The app glitches, I was marked late for picking up my load multiple times when I had already scanned all packages and left the warehouse on time. Working for Amazon Flex was not enjoyable. ![]()
